MY STORY

Maia Kavchak came from an artist; her mother, thus where her work and creative ethic originated. She grew up on the stage, performing in over 100 shows with Ballet Pensacola, under the direction of Christine Duhon and Richard Steinert. (Atlanta Ballet) In her teen years she trained with Atlanta Ballet and CBYB. She continued her trianing until the untimely passing of her mother. The only thing that kept her going was Theatre. While attending college as a Performing Arts Major she auditioned for her first musical, "Chicago", and landed a role as Hunyak. From that point on she knew she had found her calling. Maia has a drive that is unique because at one point she couldn't fail. She was 17, and only had one choice; TO SUCCEED. She has an intense drive to be everything her mother sacrificed for. Long story short, to work harder, be smarter, and to be the best.
